The bed is what makes it possible
Anyone can take a heatbed and make it larger. Doing it properly is a completely different challenge. Large 3D-printed objects tend to warp, and when heat distribution is inconsistent, their corners lift off the bed. The CORE One L features a massive, heavy, all-aluminum heatbed with a dual-loop heating system and perfect heat distribution. No matter how big you print, the results are perfect.
Variance stays under 2 °C across 99% of the surface. The printer also automatically distinguishes between 110V and 230V grids and intelligently configures the heatbed for consistent performance in any part of the world, all protected by robust multi-layer security systems.
Replace metal with engineering polymers
The powerful heatbed with convection-style heating brings the chamber to 60 °C, an optimal, stable environment for advanced materials. Result: stronger layer bonding, no warping, tougher prints.
Add the HT Hotend Upgrade to print ultra-tough engineering polymers, like carbon-fiber reinforced PEKK-CF and PPS-CF, or high-performance PPSU and PPA-CF strong enough to replace metal parts.

CORE One L Passes Security Audits
The CORE One L never requires a network connection. Configure the printer, slice models, and install firmware updates offline without sacrificing any features or performance. For environments requiring strict security, the Wi-Fi module can be physically removed.

CoreXY uses two fixed motors in the corners that pull on a long, continuous loop of belts to move a tool head. Because the heavy motors are fixed in place, the gantry is incredibly light, allowing for blazing fast speeds and outstanding precision. Here's a proper tour of the engineering choices that set the CORE One L apart.
Two fans on the underside of the heatbed create a convection effect – they bring cold air in and blast it across the massive heated surface to quickly bring the chamber all the way up to 60 °C.

The advanced CoreXY motion system moves the lightweight printing head instead of the heavy base, allowing for much higher speeds without losing quality. Input Shaper firmware compensates vibration at high speeds, with travel speeds reaching 500 mm/s.
The robust exoskeleton from the CORE One+ has been reworked: it's still incredibly sturdy, but thanks to aluminum panels, the printer is actually lighter than the CORE One+ even though it offers two times the print volume. Nothing is glued together, nothing is welded – you can take everything apart with a screwdriver.
Compared to the CORE One+, the CORE One L has only a slightly larger footprint; however, its print volume is twice as much. A massive 300×300×330 mm (30 liters) is waiting for your projects. When you select a low-temperature material (e.g., PLA or PETG), the printer will automatically open the top vent using a lever on the extruder. For high-temperature materials, the vent is automatically closed.


A 1080p camera with night vision is included in the package, and you're free to choose whether to install it. You can use it to monitor your prints via Prusa Connect / Prusa App or to easily create timelapse videos.
For a truly safe workspace, you can install an optional Advanced Filtration Module with HEPA and Active Carbon filters, but you can also take the CORE One L and hook it up to an HVAC system.

Consumable parts, such as print sheets (smooth, textured, etc.), are not covered by the warranty since their coatings are expected to deteriorate over time, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage, which includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, cracks, or other aesthetic damage, is also not covered. Only sheets defective upon delivery are covered by the warranty.
