Shipping and Returns Terms and Information

Some of our most frequently asked questions revolve around shipping details. We’ve done our best to answer them below. You can estimate your shipping costs in the shopping cart before placing an order. 

All orders ship from Filastruder, headquartered in Atlanta, GA USA.

When Does My Stuff Ship?

Our goal is to provide you with the fastest shipping possible. Orders placed before Noon ET (USPS) or 2 PM ET (UPS/FedEx) on Monday-Friday usually have same-day shipping. Orders received after that time may not ship until the next business day. On rare occasions, we are unable to make this target. If a significant (multi-day) delay is expected, we will aim to inform you via email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If an order is placed containing one or more items that are out of stock, the order will not ship until all items are in stock. If you prefer to receive the items that are in stock sooner, it would be best to place two separate orders for the in-stock and out-of-stock items.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, in the U.S. only.

All orders that are over $100 that ship within the United States are eligible for free shipping. This will be sent with the most economical method available.

How Can I Calculate My Shipping Costs?

International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import fees. It is best to check with your local customs office if you have questions.

What is Filastruder’s Return Policy?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To arrange for a return, please email support@filastruder.com no later than within 30-days after receipt of the product. Contact us BEFORE returning an order. We value your business and will do our best to work with you. 

We have a 30-day return policy*. We will only accept returns of unopened products and kits within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.  If the item returned is in brand new/unused condition, we will issue either a refund or an exchange of the product.

Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and shipping costs from the original order unless the product arrives damaged or defective

Once we have authorized a return, it is your responsibility to package the item well so that it is not damaged, and return the item using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to us no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted. Filastruder will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

*This policy applies to items that do not have a specific return policy listed on their product page. 

*Please report missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival items within 10 business days of arrival. And we would be happy to replace/exchange it.

What About Lost Packages?

All shipments are insured, but the time period for filing a claim must occur before reshipment of a lost package can occur. Depending on the carrier and shipping method, this can be as long as 15 days. 

International Fees
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. All international shipments are eligible for these fees. There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful. Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or to the carrier. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.

How Are Refunds Issued?

If a product is returned to us for being faulty, Filastruder will review the condition of the product upon arrival. If faulty, Filastruder will cover reasonable postage costs and replace or refund the item at our discretion.

If the product is returned for another reason (no longer needed, incorrect address, etc), then postage charges will not be refunded.
