Shipping and Returns Terms and Information

Some of our most frequently asked questions revolve around shipping details. Information on shipping times and process are below. As a reminder, you can estimate your shipping costs in the shopping cart before placing an order.

When Does My Stuff Ship?

We aim to ship orders received by 2PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders received after this time may not ship until the next working day.

On rare occasions we are unable to make this target due to operational constraints. If a significant delay is expected, we will try to inform you via email.

If an order is placed containing one or more items that are out of stock, the order will not ship until all items are in stock. If you prefer to receive the items that are in stock, it would be best to place separate orders for the in stock and out of stock items.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods so that you can choose the one most suitable option for your region and the urgency of your order. Below are the most standard services and prices used.

Note that there are a small portion of domestic zip codes for which overnight shipment is not possible via USPS. Feel free to use the contact form for more information, as well as alternative shipping methods if overnight shipping is required.

FedEx/UPS options will be sent either FedEx/UPS, at our discretion unless one is specifically requested.

Note that FedEx and UPS typically only deliver on business days.

Free Shipping (U.S. only)

All orders that are over $100 and shipping to the United States are eligible for free USPS shipping. This will be sent with the most economical method available.

International for smaller items, including E3D Hotends, replacement parts, accessories, etc.

International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import fees. It is best to check with your local customs office if you have questions.

International First Class mail has very inconsistent tracking. It is better to consider this service as an untracked service, and any possible updates would be an unexpected bonus. If you require tracking, please select USPS Priority or DHL Express.

If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or defective upon arrival, we would be happy to replace it provided that it is reported within 14 days of arrival for missing/incorrect/damaged parts, and 30 days of arrival for defective parts.

Return Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 30-day return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy applies to items that do not have a specific return policy listed on their product page. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in your return being denied.

Returns

You are entitled to return a product to us where:

 (a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product, and;

 (b) the returned product is unused, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

 (c) you have received authorization from us for the return

Refunds

If the item returned is in brand new/unused condition, we will issue either a refund or an exchange of the product.

If the product is sent to us for being faulty, Filastruder will review the condition of the product upon arrival. If the product is found to be faulty, Filastruder will cover reasonable postage costs and replace or refund the item at our discretion.

If the product is returned for another reason (no longer needed, incorrect address, etc), then postage charges will not be refunded.

Returns Procedure

Contact must be made to Filastruder via the contact us form no later than within 30-days after receipt of the product.

Once we have authorized a return, it is your responsibility to package the item well so that it is not damaged, and return the item using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to us no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted. Filastruder will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in violation of this policy;

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay any additional amount we may charge for redelivery of the returned product
