Smooth and Hard. At the heart of each nozzle is a Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tip. Rather than a single crystal, it is built from thousands of tiny diamond grains bonded directly to one another within a proprietary binder matrix. They retain the hardness of diamond whilst shedding the brittleness of a single-crystal stone, which makes them an excellent match for engineering-grade metal and ceramic-filled filaments.

Precision Printing. The precision comes from the tip itself. This is not a diamond coating that wears away over time, but a solid diamond insert cut from the hardest material in the world, so the nozzle holds its geometry print after print.

Longevity. The PCD in these nozzles dramatically extends nozzle life, and it brings two more benefits along the way.
