The stepper connections have 6 pin headers - Step+/Step-/Dir+/Dir-/+5v/GND.
There’s a 74HCT02 to convert the heater 6 and 7 signals to 5V active high (which also helps protect the Duet) and use two 3-pin connectors providing both 5V and servo control on the same connector.
